Cross Country Bank
They keep changing me late fees, Harassement phone calls, and cursed at me over the phone

I recieve several phone calls a day at work and at home, everytime I make a payment they still charge me late fees, even if I make it on line or by phone.

I had one of there reps. Call me from the flordia based company and curse at me and would not give me his name or his bosses name, he and one of his fellow workers keep telling me that they were going to sue me and take my house for my debt.

I called the Number on the back of my card and asked to talk to a manager, I told them what they done and he said he would see what he could do about it and I have not ever got a responce of what ever became of it..
