Disrespected due to not agreeing to purchase more points

On December 10, my spouse and that I remained in the Wyndham Skyline Tower’s in Atlantic Area, NJ utilizing our RCI factors and sadly was insulted and disrespected by Connie Mong, a Wyndham Sales Rep.

24 hours later arrived and our visit was at 12:30, we came early since we desired to begin our day-off. The assembly was going nicely though my spouse stressed towards the RCI consultant (I forgot her title) of our finances. I’m certain since I extended asking issue the consultant believed it had been essential to obtain a revenue supervisor to help persuade us to buy extra factors; consequently, she visited get Ms. Mong. The region we were in was really small, it'd a round-table with 3 seats (no area to maneuver around)… While Ms. Mong arrived in the region she stood up due to the room. The repetition. Launched, Ms. Mong and he or she went right directly into her purchase pitch…. My man nicely told Ms. Mong the same he told the consultant regarding our finances. Ms. Mong around spoke my spouse and proceeded speaking. After about 5-10 minutes in to the demonstration, my partner stated, “we aren't buying anything”…Ms. Mong said “anything”. He explained, “not one cent! ”. Ms. Mong suddenly stated, “well why did you named me over below then? ’ My husband advised her that people didn't contact her…. From today where Ms. Mong stated, Oh. Did anybody begin their content time early…? …looking at us…. We looked over her…. She recurring herself… she was so loud the customers in the region switched around considering us. I looked over the consultant in shock, and stated where did this originate from? The Wyndham repetition. That have been speaking around, appeared in shock that Ms. Mong mentioned something similar to that. Ms. Mong continued…she stated “it’s O.K., if you began your happy time early you're on vacation… then she repeated it again “O.K., who began their content time early…. O.K., if you began your happy time early we can’t keep in touch with you, its against our contract…. I informed her “I was insulted now… you're being disrespectful and that I didn't enjoy it”, (I stated this in a reduced style attempting to not attract more focus on our region). She continued for around 15min., being noisy and rude as though she was wearing a display, it had been really insulting and disrespectful. We advised the checkout individual of our criticism. 24 hours later I talked with Mr. Holder regarding our encounter and informed him we’ve never been so ashamed and disrespected. Mr. Holder informed us this didn't seem like her and he'd talk to her.

We didn't feel comfortable staying; consequently, we quit early.

The possible lack of problem in supplying quality support to my spouse and that I was terrible; her strategy was illegal and unwarranted. It was the very first time we’ve experienced this uncomfortable scenario from all of your Revenue consultant and wish this is the final.
