Then he named me titles, cussed and threatened to charge me 24 hours later easily didn't pay him $843.00 to get a apparently a $400 online mortgage he promises I requested out online. He understood my social protection amount, tackle, complete name, e-mail address and last-place of work and stated easily did not pay him the organization was heading sue me and that I would need to spend over $2000 in court costs. He then had me jot down his telephone number to contact him back that will be (404) 981-6103 and stated I'd to send him anything written down declaring that I approve the money within the quantity of $843 from the prepaid credit card or charge card towards my exceptional quantity and that I guarantee the cost wont get rejected and that I wont challenge this cost combined with the date the cash is likely to be delivered, the card info, exp day, CVV#, payment address, my trademark, and connected picture identification and also to fax to (650) 560-1721. I've since approached my local police division and submitted a study with BBBonline, the FBI, customer reviews online, social protection dept., and published a note to every fraud website I really could discover on the web.

On 2/8 same situation occurred:
Caller claims there is a lawsuit filed against my name and social security #, threatened to black list my social security and file court documents under my title and social protection #. Stated his title was Alex Scott, his telephone number is 469-718-7315 but on my caller-id it exhibits 315-551-5643 Syracuse, Ny. I quickly called law enforcement for whom I previously submitted a police report with and put into the statement. Additionally, I approached the FTC aswell and documented it also.
