My checking account was just hit by Safe National of America as well for $15 dollars and like many have said... That may not seem like a lot of money but add up over how many people they hit and you come up with millions of dollars.
I am doing all I can to get this company up on charges. I am working with my Bank as they are just as interested now. Without any pushing my bank automatically refunded me the funds but now their fraud team is working on getting in touch with the company.
I have contacted my local officials to ask how to get charges pressed against this company. They have done a crime against me in the worst way and accessing personal information (only God knows how they are doing this) is another from identity theft.
Since they are doing this in small amounts they think they will get away with it but with all these collected complaints it has become a felony and across many states. I plan to keep you all informed on how far I get but this will not be left alone until I know this company has been held accountable or the criminals using this fraud to pocket money from people that are honest working folks.
