This loan servicing company is corrupt, rude, inconsiderate, changes the conditions of the modification, gives 48 hours to FAX or E-mail 75 peices of documentation not including my tax return.
Will not except documentation priority mail, does not return the packet when I did mail it. Will not give the phone number of the Florida office so that I can ask for the priority letter to be returned.
I do not want to FAX or E-mail 2 of my bank statements, and all my financial information all over kingdom come!
One guy in the horrible call center in India where it is the middle of the night told me "you haven't got your application in right once." They were all incomplete. Why do they need my financial report to give them back the house? We were victims of criminal assault! A man I am not sure does not work for them, applied to rent this house, lied on his application, broke in to the house, Shasta Lake utilities and PG&E turned on electric and gas and water without seeing a rental agreement or contacting me the owner, that just happened to be paying off a $798.00 past bill left by the previous tenant. They said it would have been turned off before but they had a computer glitch? (how nice)
When I went to the house he kicked the door shut on my arm, I called the police and they told me I would have to evict him? He had no rental agreement what so ever. He had a month old receipt for $4oo. Oo deposit that he refused to give me an address to return it to. It took 5&1/2 months & $1500.00 to get him out. He destroyed the house, poked holes in the metal roof, let his dogs urinate and defecate all through the house for the five months, the dogs ripped the newly shampooed carpet completely out of the house. Scraped a 4'X4' peice of the brick siding off the front of the house, tore down the restraining wall on the curb. All this I reported everyday to the sheriff.
Now I just want to give the house back, sign a deed in lieu, and never here "thank you for calling ocwen and we hope this phone call finds you well" again! 3000 minutes on my cell trying to talk to a person in america (no caps this country is no longer America) when I finally reached an american she listened and was about to tell me that I would be given time to FAX or E-mail my documents, completely ignoring the fact that my e-mail is broken, and we got cut off. When I called back I got the thank you for calling witch message! They just called me at noon Sunday January 23, and when I answered, there is a pause, then a recording says "ocwen is trying to get in touch with you please call back as soon as possible as there has been a change in the status of your loan"
I want to sue the snot out of them, if we were in the military I'd have them shot!
Yes Carl I do want to class action them! Call me at. I understand that someone all ready is involved in a class action suit but I've not been able to reach them. I have a soon to be lawyer that was working on a suit because if your original contract does not have this certain clause in it, that it is illegal for one bank to hold the title and another to service the loan.
This property first was with National City Warehouse for 3 months then they sold it to Litton Loan Servicing, for 3 months, after I had made the fourth payment, ocwen had bought it and insisted that I send them a payment also! I stopped payment on the litton loan servicing online check and issued one to ocwen. I was a truck driver and and for the next two weeks we kept getting the tail end of their stupid message telling us to please call the 800 number and when you do they ask for the loan number and we had no idea who was calling much less the loan number. Finally on a Saturday, they reached me and said that I was 2 payments behind. I explained that was not true and they said "no because you stopped payment on the first one and we have not received the second one" I pulled up my online bill pay and gave them the dates and the amounts, and the confirmation number and they would not except that, they wanted me to fax my bank statement showing where the check had been cashed for every payment so far. I did this in the 11 hours I had at home, and faxed it to them that day. Then I had to call them and see if the matter had been cleared up. They said yes in a rather sarcastic manner. Three months later we were getting the phone call (half assed) phone call with the 800 number, no name just the message. When I finally reached a human, no english speaking individual, they said I was three payments behind, that I had stopped payment on the first payment. I went postal, in spades! And still had to fax the same fax to them showing where the payments came out of my account!
Rotten lousy no good low lifes, they should be jailed along with workers comp in Oregon and Social Security, who claims that the cost of living did not go up last year. What planet were they on? I all ready know they are not american.
Wake up "we the people" it is time to exercise our 2nd ammendment! We can fix this, we are many, they are few, we are American's they are not!

Ocwen, AHMSI3, BAC, they all are so crooked that they screw their shorts on in the morning, oh wait, I mean someone elses shorts! I have HAD IT! We need to march on the white house and have a sit in on the lawn until these rotten banks help people stay in their homes! HEY O'bama where are you now? How many people have taken their own life? Why did you bail out the banks? If you would have taken the same money and given it to the home owners, this is a known statistic, $300,000.00 to every home owner in America.
We had 5 houses when you slashed the prices to below what we owed. We have 3 left, rented to the hilt! We are living in a 30 foot camp trailer with a broken water heater, on our first property in Oregon because we can't even afford the utilities in CA let alone feed ourselves or go to the doctor.insurance with a $2000.00 deductible! What good is that?
