Scam to scare individuals into paying old, uncollectible debt

Kelly Harris called to say she was sending a process server to my place of business to serve a court summons to collect an old debt.

She said it could be settled over the phone in two payments and that she would send the paperwork, which arrived in about one hour.

I signed and faxed back without thinking (was busy at work). Now they have my debit card information and two scheduled payments.
