I'm a small company and just conduct business in November and Dec. After having First Information as my charge card organization, I chose to change my charge card processing to Commanders. I talked to some Bob Lopez extensivly before registering. I requested on many events what fees there have been since there is no Software Costs, regular declaration fees, negotiation fees etc. I had been provided an interest rate so when I obtained the agreement I viewed it cautiously. I received my first declaration and wow the low-revealed costs came to nearly 5% of my revenue. I called customer support, looked over the agreement and my declaration requested more concerns after which was informed they do not need to reveal all of the costs, after which hungup on. Anything you do, DO NOT conduct business with this specific organization since the will bleed you dry!!!
