Deceptive sales practice

I had been fooled into a charge card handling / equipment rent fraud by deceptive revenue guarantees. The sales consultant did a Vendor Evaluation displaying he might cost CC handling costs along with a regular gear rent that totaled 2.1%. Real costs were billed at 3.9%.
