This student loan was acquired via scam in 1995. Five decades later I came across it on my credit history. I've attended everybody in the origional bank that created the poor mortgage, combined student support resources, (USAFUNDS) towards the ombudsman, law inforcement such as the FBI, sallie mae angd GC Providers that has garnished my earnings going back 12 weeks. Every cent visited selection expenses and curiosity. GCS provided me a reading on my situation and so I fowarded info to obtain a reading but never noticed from their website again except to react to 'my request approval of my student loan'. They assured me that it had been as well as in spite of $3,957 to date obtained from bad debts in my experience, the total amount went from $7995, to $8842. It seems since they've offered the notice and updates of more garnishments have already been received. The origional mortgage had my SS#, not my PH#, not my tackle, not my signature. Obviously DOE may care less.
Is there anywhere that the average 60 yr-old operating full-time, helping two children on 28K annually could possibly get aid out of this government/laywer/beancounter integrityless beatdown.
