More than 2 years back I improved my lastname. I offered all of the appropriate paperwork. They nevertheless WOn't have it right. Nowadays, I waited in-line within the drive thru @ 31/Garnett region to get a very long time. They questioned me about my lastname who I had been. Everybody noticed them. Our boy was with me and stated wow, she really was rude. The woman that waited on me was who he known. They've been rude to a lot of individuals within the drive thru where others may notice. I've noticed them. The tellers speak and laugh and create folks delay and look when folks complain concerning the extreme delay in collections. I expected them to obtain it-my lastname straightened out. I've delivered msgs to BOK plus they don't care. Their tellers are extremely rude and proceed to embarrass their clients. They've been rude to my loved ones aswell. They've elevated their costs to absurd quantities and that I am caution everybody who'll hear. Do not spend large costs to become handled like trash. Stay away from this lender particularly their 31/Garnett department in Tulsa. They'll not hear or do they care. I'll proceed to publish grievances on every site that'll record them. If somebody may inform me of the greater lender, I'll shut my balances at BOK.
