Extremely poor and rude customer service

The corporation doesn't care at all about their clients; they're really rude unprofessional and never useful whatsoever.

I recently paid off my auto loan, after I named the organization to obtain my benefit sum I told the client support consultant, who had been not so good, that it had been extremely important, the moment the loan was compensated, for me personally to obtain a notice declaring that vehicle loan was paid entirely, she replied in an exceedingly non-caring perspective, that they can send it in my experience immediately.

24 hours later, I deliver my cost via Money G since I had a need to spend this cost instantly. I named a day later, and again I spoke to a different rude person, he explained they had get the cost, I described my scenario to him, not he cared anyway, and requested him to please send me the notice demonstrating the vehicle was fully-paid the moment feasible, he explained “we may send for you in several minutes” well, moments become hours, I called back and that I got exactly the same solution from another person, without any benefits.

After several days of me calling and asking for them to deliver me the bill, I've not yet even today obtained the fax, I actually e mailed them 3 times, and that I never obtained an answer back from their website. Client services my base!!! I don’t suggest for anybody to obtain a mortgage with this particular organization.
