In 2010 I submitted a Ch 7 Bankruptcy which was released in September of and that I reaffirmed that I needed to maintain my 2006 Toyota Solara borrowed thru Citi-Auto Credit.in May I created 2 funds. Then I obtained a notice that Santander would support my car loan. Next preliminary notice, I NEVER received any details about where you can deliver my funds, that which was due&NOTHING! No notice, no telephone call, no mail—NOTHING. I tried contacting Citi-Auto Credit, they merely explained these werenot getting cost anymore. Therefore 5 weeks pass and that I obtain a telephone call informing me that my vehicle has gone out for reposession. To create a long story short. I offered the vehicle towards the nearby Spokane Toyota supplier after which had it refinanced—documents closed, covered and shipped on Feb 7th. Santander was overnighted the benefit, the check removed the financial institution and anything was good—and so I imagined. On Thursday February 24th around 9am, a tow vehicle turns up shacks up my vehicle. I went and confirmed the repo men the paperwork the caris lienholder was fresh that Santander DOESN'T HAVE curiosity about the car. They did not care they towed it away. I named Santander plus they stated "there should have been a glitch within our program, which wasnot designed to occur. Your vehicle was reduced totally on February 13th. They apologized and guaranteed I'd have my vehicle delivered to my inside an hour. That didn't occur. I'd to contact the organization in Michigan that employed the repo people within Spokane to obtain the vehicle launched. Lastly around midday, I obtain a phone in the local repo people informing me their insurance doesn't permit them to provide an automobile, however they might come pickmeup and take-me to obtain my car. They ultimately turned up around 1210pm, and that I got my vehicle after signing launch documents and when again my vehicle was in my own posession. Santander TOTALLY SCREWED-UP, and that I needed to consider nearly 4 hours out-of my day-to straighted anything out that NEVER must have occurred. They're a PISS-POOR business and that I WON'T EVER conduct business together again. I might contact a lawyer and prosecute them. They Pull!!!
