Ok, first off let me say that the information that the previous person presented was an EXACT duplicate of my problem with North American. However, that person had given me the name of George Lindbloom's other company, PROACIVE CORP. I then contacted George Lindbloom who sounded quite concern over my plight. He gave me the name of a Ms. Yonkie who works for him. I was then told that I would be receiving a refund on my card. Well, that was July... August September October and November later (with a phone call in between saying it was being processed) I was then told that North American was out of business.."If I wanted a refund, then I needed to go to Webcharge, the company who charged my card".. Webcharge, located in Duluth Georgia no longer has a phone... Sooo, it looks like I lost...
The reason for this complaint:
1) North American not pushing to get my money back..
2) Webcharge who is no longer in business (convenient)..
3) North American who is also not in business..
4) My stupidity..
5) To warn others, contact yur' local bank first, never believe the phone guy/gal...
6) Does anybody know if Webcharge has just changed id's?
