I receieved a letter dated nov 5 with a check and claim number. I was told that i was approved for a lump sum of 440,000.00.By a certified check that would be delievered to you by a courier company. Also it said that i need to call the "claims agent" to let me know the process. Then it tells me that i need to claim my prize no later then the 20th of november. The first thing i noticed that was suspicious was the envelope was from Canada, the letter was with a california address and the check was from a bank in buffalo, NY. Red flag #1... So i decided to go online and look on consumer complaints.com and i found that someone else recieved the same letter with a less amount won but same amount check, same address of the company. So i want to make sure someone doesnt fall for this scam so read EVERYTHING!!!
