I'm a worker at shop 149 in Spring Form. I'm having some diffuiculties in taking just how issues are now being managed within the shop. Additional workeris are becoming away with managing additional workers without any regard referring to others and causeing difficulties with the shop. Administration doesn't understand how to create agendas for front-end departing the client support affiliate coping with nonsense. A particular worker using the lastname Howard loves to operate her mouth when individuals do there careers plus hers and calling unemployed for lacking brown trousers to use and gets away with being rude to others. Tim Pitcher who's a cashier could possibly get away with threating a clients child by stating he'd stop her boy if he doesnt quit pressing the register and informing the leading check who's a female and bright he doesn't get requests from the white woman. I arrived at function to complete my work and obtain compensated to not cope with senior school crisis. I love employed by weis but im fed up with being wandered around and informing me to maintain my mouth closed when someone disrespects me.
