CIC Credit Monitor Svc, FreeCreditProfile.com charged credit card even though I cancelled service Internet

I cancelled my 30 free trial with them, yet my card was still charged. The confirmation email they sent of my cancellation was dated November 10th, while my credit card was charged on November 23rd.
