I was a "Client" of Jonathan N. Cohen andthe purported "CPA" Jon Cohen. I fired him for fraud andmalfeasance and then after I fired him I found out he was not a CertifiedPublic Accountant not even a Licensed Public Accountant and there is no "Jardine"in the "Firm" of Cohen & Jardine LLC. Aninvestigator tracked down a Michelle Jardine the "SeniorPartner" of Cohen & Jardine in Arizona who lived in NJsome Fifteen Years ago who said "Jon Cohen used my name although Iwas only a Public Accountant and Surrendered my License to the State of NJ along time ago" further stating "he rents a desk and a phone from anInsurance Salesman in the Attic of a building on South Avenue in Fanwood"In Court Testimony under oath Jonathan N. Cohen admitted he failed theaccounting licensing exams - he holds no Professional Licenses or Credentialsas an "Accountant" of any kind. Jonathan N. Cohen and the"Firm" of "Cohen & Jardine LLC" are afantasy and the imagination of Jonathan N. Cohen and not an Expert inany of the representations on his website www.cohenjardine.com
