Zipp Taxi and Greg Phelps, Gregory Phelps, Gregory C. Phelps is a con man, liar, swindler, abuser, user, greedy and a crook. Greg plays mind games. He studies people so he can take advantage of them. He did not keep Taxi Cab business contract that he made with me. He uses contracts as a way to con you into doing what he wants at your expense. No win/win. He wins, you lose. If only his banker knew how shifty he is at doing business. The one word friends and others use consistently to describe him is... Greedy. Don't be fooled by his magnetism and cool demeanor. He is a cold-heated, manipulating, calculating, underhanded con man out to get your money. He tried to swindle me out of my car. He tried to get me to turn my car over to Zipp Taxi under his control. Greg is not running a taxi business, he is running a business scam and may be using the Taxi Business as front. He said the business is just like the drug business. Greg uses ZIPP TAXI go get money from investors without honoring the business contracts. He refuses repeatedly to honor the lease agreement with me and my partner. He lies consistently and continually about the taxi cabs. When I go to drive the cab, he hides, refuses to answer the phone and won't even discuss the matter for resolution. He uses people and then kicks them to the curve and ruins them financially and misuses power as a game to mess with people's finances just for kicks. That is why his nick name is Kick. He tricks people for kicks, kicks them to the curve, kicks them in their finances. If you try to resolve the problem, he hangs up on you. He does not want you to have a voice. That is why he is in the consumer complaints. Here people have a voice.
