Do not ever sign up for Celtic insurance. It seems like a cheap way to get insurance, but it is a rip off. My son had to get ear specialist. My doctor called Celtic to let them know it was a doctor referral. I also Called to verify. The ear doctor called to get my co-pay info. Celtic then rejected paying for the appointment. He had ear surgery that needed to be done. The hospital called Celtic to find out my co-pay and deductible. Celtic told the Hospital he has a 3,500 deductible and 20% co-pay. I called Celtic up to make sure the past bills were resubmitted. They said yeas and said it was coming from my deductible. That was not what pissed me off. The women on the phone then told me my deductible was 5,000 a year. I argued on the phone with her and asked to speak to a supervisor. She told me they would call me in 24 hours... Still waiting.
