Been dealing with IndyMac for over 6 months on a property. The twist is that I have to deal with them from a buyer's point of view. So it's up to the seller's attorney to try to get somewhere and apparently she's having a difficult time. Now our Loan Commitment is good for only two extra weeks and after that it might mean disaster. Yes, we got approved by our own bank and IndyMac are the only ones left to respond and close the deal. After all the emotional exhaustion, paper work and financial expenses, it's looking impossible to stay wit the same property. Hopefully through this I get an answer but I doubt it. Isn't there an overlooking agency or someone to be held accountable? Just to think that after allllll the work put in, nobody on the other side will even care.
