Made charges on my credit card without my consent, assigned me coaching after I explicitly said I did not want

I responded to a radio add which advertised a book for $9.95. During that conversation I asked if there were going to be any more charges made against my account besides this amount. I was told no. I was informed of a upsell mentoring program but was assured nothing would happen unless I made the first move.
The package arrived, we went away but I was not concerned as I had been assured there would be no more charges. When we get back I looked at my bank statement and charges for the program AND the training were coming out. I called the coaching team and I clearly said I did not want, did not ask for the program and the training and that I was returning it. They said I could not as I was outside of the 30days. After much stress and numerous calls they finally reversed the charge on the training. I refused to pay anymore and just wanted to return the package but they would not accept it back. Then May 10 I receive a call to say my case has been given over to a collection agency and would I like to settle with them or pay the collectors a larger amount. I was informed that the person who I had talked to earlier and who I told I did not want the program or the training was just a sales person and had no authority to stop the payments and so it was as if those calls did not count.
There were many key points left out of the conversations which were cleverly constructed to deceive and mislead. Then they protected themselves by hiding behind these compartments who each have no say or authority. Now I understand why Ms Langemeier is so rich. The bottom line appears to be "get the money and to hell with customer satisfaction".
I am very disgusted with the way she conducts her business and hope to warn others to be very aware.
I do hope she figures out karma soon as she has some heavy duty balancing coming her way.
