Guaranteed work immediately and its been two weeks and nothing so I got ripped off

I saw the ad in the new haven register so I called gave them my informations and they sent me a letter stating I work be guranbteed work and they need workers immediately so i sent in my $35 and nothing has been sent to me its been two weeks.
