I skipped a cost on KOHLs cost (credit) card, since I've not obtained any email (authorized for digital statement…. Cursing my-self for performing that) concerning the statement. Also I've not obtained any phone from KOHLs about me lacking the cost or any indication mail. Lastly after 30days following the duedate they named and explained I had been overdue. Then I examined the KOHLs website and settled the total amount instantly. After an hour or so an asscoiate named me and stated cheers for that quick payment.
I acquired a notice fourteen days back that I'd a change on my credit report. When examined to determine why the-hell is the fact that, to my surprise the overdue pay ment was documented and my rating transpired by 60 items. KOHLS hasn't have any car pay function plus they didn't deliver any mail or contact me-any period after I missed the cost. However they documented to credit companies that I had been thirty days overdue and my credit rating fallen 60 items for that.
When approached KOHLS with this they claim they're sorry that they didn't contact me within the thirty days however they also stated they could not are accountable to credit companies back about any of it and I've to reside with that.
Do I've to experience this credit rating fall.? I'd 3 additional charge cards from (Citi and AMEX) I never had any missed cost because they have car pay and that I arranged them up. This is actually the very first time I ever endured any missed fee.
How I will clarify the problem that there's an issue from Kohl’s aspect towards the credit companies.
