I am also feeling scammed, and kind of stupid for not google searching reviews in advance of using this company. Like a fool, I paid $39 to apply for a "guaranteed" loan since we have had trouble rebuilding credit since filing Chapter 7 in 2009. You pay $39 and it sends you to a list of links... Which I could find on a simple Google search. They did not part of the applying for you, or any work at all. You paid $39 to go to a list of links. I am severely irritated that I wasted a tank of gas to get a list of links. You are not even guaranteed approval, but don't find that out until AFTER you pay. If you don't get approved, they'll help you "rebuild your credit". That's not what I bought! What I bought was instant approval in "minutes". Ugh. Do you think they have responded to my customer service request? Um, no.
