I want everyone to know that Ray Azcui is a liar, a fraud and a scammer. I signed up for his "no FICO" loan. I sent him $750 for "processing." Needless to say I didn't get the loan. Ray has repeatedly promised to refund the fee, but of course, no refund. All he does is lie and delay. There is always a "personal issue" or a "death in the family." Ray hides behind his phone numbers and gmail email account. Ray told me that he is a former police officer. I can only imagine why he's no longer a cop. Please if you see his ads on CL post a scam alert. I know I was stupid but I don't want to see him scam anyone else. This scammer must be stopped! Ray is in NYC.
