I'm paying on a computer thru FCNB 2 yr. & I still owe a big balance

I've been paying on a Computer That My father and I bought through Gateway. They put us through the loan company FCNB. I've sent payments on top of payments and I now owe more than I first originaly owed on the computer.

Our account has also been sent to the Card processing Center cause they were saying that we were not making the payments and they harassed us for 3 or 4 months just by phone. I have sent the payments when I was supposed to and sometimes more. I'm tired of paying on this but I don't want them to ruin my father's credit. I am now in the process of trying to prove that I made a payment that they say I didn't and also they are charging me late fee on top of late fee while I try to clear things up.

Now I have to pay a tracking fee to track down the money order which I shouldn't be responsible for but I am. I think the company should be responsible for it. I've tried to call them to talk to them about the situation, but all I get is a recorded messaging service. My father and I want out of this cause it is draining us but we can't cause the just keep raising the balance amount and constantly charging late fees.

We need help and I know that I don't know what else to do. I've worked with these people as much as one person can and all I get is a bunch of mumbo jumbo that they make sure you don't understand.
