Paid back taxes with federal return now they are holding my state

I paid my back-taxes with my national fees thenfiled my condition taxes. I visited examine the standing also it stated I've a offset. I had previously got a notice in the Government declaring that my fees were paid out-of National that was good no problem. So I named the selections quantity the woman wouldn't provide me her title or I would like to speck to other people explained I'll get my profit three or four weeks. I dont believe thats reasonable considering they've been paid
