Certified IRS Solutions I signed a service agreement with Spence Carlson at Lion Tax Corp to help resolve my tax liability. I paid them $2500 in 3 pmts. They are now ignoring my calls, faxes and emails

I have just confirmed my worst fears that the Lion Tax Corporation in Trinity Texas seems to have abandoned their agreement with me. I signed up with them to assist me with IRS back taxes after talking to Spence and Yvonne Carlson. I have now learned they have prior complaints while operating a business known as Certified IRS Solutions. I paid LION $2500 in three payments at the direction of Spence Carlson. Spence Carlson has lead me down a path for over three months and had me convinced me that he would help bring this nightmare to a conclusion. I made the final installment payment in late December and now he will not answer my calls, faxes or emails. He sold me with a down home approach and stories that are close to home. My wife was skeptical from the beginning but like a fool I convinced her to go forward. Now I am in a much worse position than I was and we are both unemployed. I would be willing to cooperate with anyone in order to reach the proper outome. Times are hard enough without these kinds of businesses out there.
