Unauthorized Cost

On 01/19, I registered to get a package understanding the cost could be $1.95. I tested my bill on 01/20 and there is a fee for $57.61, which is actually exactly the same cost I Have noticed from the rest of the grievances. I named 866-360-7227 and talked using the repetition and he or she stated she'd deliver me a reimbursement request form via e-mail (which did not consider any moment whatsoever). I needed some support with my incoming income do to dropping my work and maynot afford $60 less.
