I signed up and paid for newsletter to get advance notice of penny stocks that were going to go up dramatically. I lost money on the first recommendation. I asked for my GUARANTEED refund in November 08! Still getting emails about hot stocks to buy (which I wouldn't touch) but no refund. It's not a lot of money but I hate being a victim.
