For $8900.00 from Carl Gregory CDJ Dodge ; Car Salesman: Mr. Joshua Carte;

Address: 701 E. Oglethorpe Blvd. Albany, GA. 31705 They included a 24 month

Used Vehicle Extended Service Warranty Insurance Agreement for $999.00

Into the purchase price to be financed for 60 months @ 16.45% interest, and

Charged me $10913.45 for the vehicle @ 16.45% interest for 60 months. Pay-

Ments $268.01 for 60 months. Lienholder HSBC Auto Finance; P.O. Box 17904

I contend that the Extended Service Warranty Insurance Agreement for $999.00 included into the purchase price to be financed for 60 months @ 16.45% is Unfair and in Violation of the Fair Credit Act.

I contend that the 16.45% Interest is Excessive and Unfair.

I am a 100% Service-Connected Permanent and Total Handicapped Disabled
