I had been simply calling directly into stop my automated cost since I have don't possess the same lender anymore. After I named I noticed the balances administration deceided to shut all support and there's no altering their brain and also the organization is ended. I didnot get a notice but I receive a telephone call that my automated cost didnot undergo since I have canelled my lender option 8 weeks before. I required between 11:32 am, asian time, and 11:46 am looking to get responses and what managed to get so poor is the fact that exactly the same a couple kept answering. I named Consideration Request and Elma held answering claiming she cannot answer some of my concerns and delivered me to customer support that was George who cannot realize english one bit. Everytime I named each quantity I obtained exactly the same individual, peculiar. Since that never happend before after I named there. I can not get any solutions about my consideration, the costs or why I did not get a notice. I've no idea how to proceed.
