Worst customer service/inaccuracy in online banking

I have been banking with TD Bank for more than 5 years.in April they'd something problem which late purchases, primary deposits and particularly, insufficient customer support. I have been informed the only real department to become useful may be the one you exposed the consideration with that was Garden Area. After I created the phone call and described exactly what the issue was, they insisted 'there's no program failure and we cannot return the facility charges'. I'd to actually enter the Merrick Department and show them the issue with no doubt, they delivered all costs. Meanwhile I had been there, I closed an opt-out type which essentially claims, 'you-can't create dealings when the $ isn't there and also the card is likely to be rejected'. I sensed that might be more straightforward to have and so I may remain on top of what I've and do not have.

A few days before, I examined my online bank, when I do every single day, and that I was billed $210 in facility charges. Two nights later, I had been billed $70 in facility charges. After talking to many reps at my regional department, the only real branch who are able to assist me is Garden Area. After I named Garden Area and had the repetition. Called me back and stated 'they cannot do something about this since I'd way too many costs returned. I mostlikely realized she was talking about the costs throughout their 'program failure'.

Today, after researching my consideration and also the costs obtained on online bank, the costs did not match using the unfavorable amounts following the dealings were in.
