Robert Richards/prize announcer decite of believeing that I won 14,0000 when really they are selling a subscription, ny, po box 9035

Unfortunately on the documentation there is no were that say;s I won14,000, 000 it states that I am only a data file holding a serial I. D number holder which is totally misleading. Yes if you do read the fine print on the back it does state they are not a lottery or a contest something there lawyers put in to cover there asses and that it is a mail solicitation and if you don't want to receive any more mail from them, they need it in writing not to be solicited by them, and yes it's only a news letter about contest enters for 19.99$. I think is misleading and in today's economy manipulation and some sort of reverse psychology is grounds for a law suit. Not only is it fraud it's stealing under the grounds of manipulation. So save your letters talk with a lawyer (there are low income lawyers) that may take this case on if there are a lot of complaint's. It almost reminds me of a ponzi sceme... Thank you M&M
