Dear Postal Inspector in Charge,
Please accept this letter and attachments as a formal complaint against Mr. Davis Glass whos contact information is above. Mr. Glass came to the Gulf Coast of Mississippi and Louisiana after the Hurricanes of 2005 stating that he could acquire government grants and other funding sources for major projects. He targeted developers, city mayors, and business persons who had projects that needed funding. Mr. Glass then requested a Fee of $3,800 form some and $3,000 from others. The advance fee was for an accountant to conduct an audit before the funding process could take place. Part of the fee that I paid was mailed though the US Postal Services. There are over 11 persons in the Gulf area and thousands of dollars collected in other areas with no actions, audits, funding or business records related to this ponzi scheme and mail fraud
Please see if you cam put a stop to this illegal action, mail fraud and have him to return our monies. Thanks in advance for your assistance.
