This company advertises through "Google" as a legitimate home based business.
When I notice the charge of 74.97 US I called 888-205-4332 and spoke to a client rep in India. Who informed me that they could not cancel my account established without my permission. They claimed I read and agreed to an online contract to allow a changing amount to be charged to my account each month for access to a list of home based business.
I was placed on hold for 21 minutes before I could reach a supervisor. The person who transferred me was the same person who came back on the line and said they were a supervisor. When I explained again that I had nothing to do with this company or ever authorized anything and to be debited from my account.
I then demanded to speak to the billing dept. Surprised to learn the same voice came back on the line a few moments later and was now the billing department...
I was told "we're not going to refund anything... You're on a monthly billing cycle and will continue to be billed"...
I called my bank and of course they have already had several complaints in the last 24 hours.
This is a new scam...
