This company was supposed to help resolve our tax issues, we were contacted by phone stating everything they would do for us, we were very inpressed with them. However they said we had to send $500.00 before they could start, the whole payment would be 2300.00. We sent $1000.00 in good faith. They sent us a contract to sign also stating they could not start until we signed this.
We did not understand some of what they said, so we contacted them by phone they assured us we had mis understood what the contract was stating, and they would do everyting we wanted just sign and send the money.
We did.
For the 1000.00 dollars all they did was repeat to us the information we sent them, saying how much we owed and why. They offered to file our taxes but at more cost which was told it was all covered in our payment.
We realized then what was really going on, we called and faxed them we no longer wished their services, that they had lied to us on the phone pretending that everything was being taken care of. I informed them by fax and email and phone i no longer wanted anything to do with them.
They are still hounding me for payment, they have done nothing for the $1000.00. And are now threating me with judgements.
Please look into this company, i know we should not have signed anything, but they prosmised us they would help us, i do not know what to do but they are not what they are presenting to the public, what they really will do.
