Well everyone, they did it again! I'm one of many people who has been ripped-off by these SOB's. This evening when I logged on to the internet I decided to look up the company name that had sent me information on their "company" (which I sent my $25 to about a month and a half ago) and a letter for the Training and Aftercare materials. Sure enough I typed in "ERM ENTERPRISES ENVELOPE STUFFING" on google, and there was a link that stated the name of the two individuals in my letters and the word rip-off!!!
And it's so funny beacuse I read the situation that Anna from Tallahassee went through, and I too am living in Tallahassee, Fl. It actually started about May 10. I had seen on Careerbuilder.com a position for homeworkers needed to stuff envelopes from home. It was also in the Tallahassee Democrat. Even though I am working and making enough to live, I thought it wouldn't hurt to call the phone number that was listed and get some information, because it would be kind of nice to be able to shop once in a while and be able to go home to Miami to see my family every 3 or 4 months.
Well, I called and there was an answering machine (a mans voice) that siad to clearly leave my name and address. So that's what I did. About one week and a half later I recieved mail from a company: ERM ENTERPRISES. There were 3 sheets in the envelope, one which I had to sign and return with $25 bucks. To make a long story short... I then recieved another letter after that, 2 weeks later, regarding the Training and Aftercare Materials which I had to send in 5 more dollars in for, but after I recieved each training packet. It even said in the letter that if I did not recieve anythign with in the next 14 days to write them a letter and not to sit on my a*. And of course I'm so gullible I did so... So I still haven't recieved anything! I know its too good to be true. But I thought maybe this once this will be something real. I am extremley upset!
The only reason that I say that is because when I was younger I did answer this ad for homeworkers. And at that time I was living with my parents so they paid the fee for the materials. But I did recieve envelopes and materials. At that time though I was like 13 and I really didnt give a S*, and blew it off and forgot about it. Anyway I hope these people get caught. This is very unfair to all of us. Thank You all for reading my story.
