I was never scammed by these companies, but I am sick and tired of seeing so many people getting ripped off. So While I was looking on the internet for some freelance writing work (I work for a legitimate company and yes I do get paid) I ran accross the site workathomescams.net. So I went on it to see what it was all about. I am a regular reader of fraud and scam reports, so it looked interesting. Only when I got to the spot of the page where it gave the information on the "real" companies that pay, it was a listing for two more scam companies! And if you click on the links, it brings you to another site that has been known for its scams. Like I said I am getting sick of these sites and people getting ripped off, so i used the whois domain name search and found that Unique Marketing Solutions is the company responsible for the workathomescam.net site. And Moniker.com is responsible for the other one. I have contacted both of these companies as it states in the terms of service that they do not allow such actions to take place and I requested an explanation and that the sites be taken down. I have gotten no answer from either of them! So I am filing a report here in the hopes that someone will finally get to the big name companies that are allowing scams like these to exist.
