Charged but received nothing

I closed on for offer data from 360, was billed $1.95 and recognized I'd be getting package within the email.

I've yet to get something and also have tried numberous occasions to get hold of 360. Nowadays I received my charge card statement and was billed the $1.95 plus $57.61 that was just assume to become billed after I'd examined the info. This can be a large fraud - avoid it.
