I was also ripped off br Ray Kim... And the non existing ANR Capital Group Inc.! I been dealing with Ray since April when I had put an ad on craigslist in Los Angeles to help find creative funding sources for and independent film project. I received an email from Ray about his company... ANR Capital Group... And was told he had quite a few sources that could help me.in his original email he explained to me about his services and claimed that he could provide the following: (exerpt from actual email)

First 3 Trade line (Will need this to obtain a LOC)
80 Paydex (will need this to obtain a LOC)
You should be able to get the entire package (less the 80 paydex score = 30 days) in about one week. Once you get this, I can get you a $500,000 LOC in about two weeks or even sooner. The rate will be prime 1-3%.
My fees are below:
1. Shelf Corp = $10,000 if you get the LOC through me, or $15,000 if you just want to purchase the corp. 2. There will be 10% deducted from the total LOC for my fees. 3. If you need a guarantor, the fee will be an additional 10% to the guarantor. Please know that the guarantor will assume liability of the loan.

Of course... I paid the up front fee of $10,000 and met with Ray Kim directly in his Pasadena office. (he has since moved out... And he has changed phone numbers)
Though Ray and I have been in contact this entire time... I have heard excuse after excuse. He gives me a new program to enter... I fill out all the paperwork... And repeatedly no results. I sent him an email yesterday of my plans to seek legal means to have my funds returned. Several weeks ago... I did another search on ANR and I found an entry from the complaint.
I felt it necessary to file this report because obviously others have been scammed by Ray Kim... And I encourage others to file reports as well. Whether he is in Pasaena, California or Pasadena, Texas (where he says he is from originally) he will be found.
