Charged & never rec'd credit

I'm still battling to obtain credit on my charge card from FWM Work-

Conservatives in Hollywood, FL. Due to their solution that used to donot purchase. They charged me twice and lastly got one credit but hasbeen weeks but still no credit for that next fee. I've the U.S.G. S Delivery Confirmation Bill they rec'd the merchandise however they nevertheless wont answer my telephone calls or emails. Does anybody recall their email-

Ing tackle as my charge card business demands it. All I recall is FWM Labs in Hollywood, FL. Any help appreciated.
