Trying to speak to someone re. Charges

I've been attempting to talk to somebody in the telephone number about the record on my bank card record, but to no avail. I've costs named DETOXIDANT for $1.95, $. 99 and $2.00. Am attempting to stop whatever these are and am having an issue dealing with talk to somebody regarding this. I'd like this bill cancelled and potential costs terminated. Their phone technique leaves too much to be preferred. You're left dangling about the telephone all night and nothing happens.

That Is my official demand to stop every potential costs with this item to my name.
