I have been getting these line item deductions every month for who knows how long. It is $29.95 per month and last month two other deductions were $. 14 twice and this month it increased to $. 15 twice. I haven't called the 1-800 number that associates itself with this deduction but when I do I will update this as to the result. I have read on the webb that there is a Felony associated with this and I intend to press this to it's logical conclusion.
