This Company uses "Bait and Switch" tatics to get you to apply for credit.
They offer one interest rate and then when the bill comes, it is a differen't
rate of interest.
They increase the rate sometimes without notifying you that the terms and
conditions of your cardholder agreement have changed.
They take to long to post your payment... Generally 5-10 business days,
They charge to make a payment by phone. Today is August 7th, I called the company, my payment is due on the 25th, that means when I get the bill, (no, I have not got it yet). I had better put the payment in the mail the same day otherwise, late fees will occur. Because I get the bill so late, it doesn't allow me to save a day or two of the Interest that is charged to my account every month, so I spin my wheels unless I pay more towards the principal balance. It is like they hold on to the payment until the day it is due and then
process it.
