Be aware!!! They will rip you off, disconnect their phone-lines over and over and when you do reach them, they will not come to the phone. These people take you money and do nothing with you mortgage. They have specific wording in their contract that tries to scam you. If they send you a refund form, it also has specific wording to scam you. Anyone name LARK on the internet works for them and he tries to persuade others that its real.
