I never actually requested something out of this organization. I asked concerning the item but did not purchase something. They charged my bank card without consent from me. I have been battling using the lender in order for them to ask about this but was informed that I simply need to contact the 877# but all I get is the fact that I-donot get my cash back. Just how can they charge my card without my agreement?
