Deceptive letter guaranteeing up to $10,000 credit limit for $37.00 annual fee

It was too good to be true. I mailed $37.00 immediately and it's been 4 weeks and no card in the mail.
I should have checked the web for rip-offs and now that I found this website, it's too late. I hope more people will file reports like this to stop this scam.
