Like others, I fell prey to this company.
Now it is our turn to screw them
I recently pulled credit reports and notice ACE had been reporting to the three major credit breaus. I've never had communications with this company let alone a credit card.
After researching this company via phone and online. I came across the following website: http://www.aceacct.com - Looked around the site and they seemed to have all my personal information. However, I haven't been able to access their pages within the last 30 days. Then I found this web site and found that I was right, this company was a fraudulent company.
I only found this information by pulling credit report (I am in the process of cleaning my reports). As for them reporting to my credit bureau? I've turned them over to my Law Firm.
