Target National Bank may be the worst. Month after month they decrease my borrowing limit. Pay-off one thousand they decrease it to 20 bucks above restriction with no notice or clarification. Ive had this card for a long time and also have compensated them hundreds in fund costs, its BS in order for them to do that today. I'll never make use of this card again or store at goal again. Credit Finder beware... Lifted rates of interest decreased limitations damaging your credit rating!!!
